    Definitions of Positions Held on the Board

    PRESIDENT-to help run the organization, set up speakers/event

    VICE-PRESIDENT-to assist the president by attending the meetings, or help running the organization (OPEN)

    TELEPHONE TREE PERSON-to assist in reminding members about future meetings and events. (OPEN)

    MEMBERSHIP CHAIR PERSON-to welcome new members into the group with information packets and report their information to the president,and attend meetings (OPEN)

    TREASURER-to let the members know about the amount in the treasury and let the president know the membership due tally.
