    "...A review committee appointed by Learning Minister Lyle Oberg ruled that the public school board was not providing an adequate education to Kevin Imlay, 9, and his brother Ian, 7. It ordered the board to reimburse the Imlays for the $14,000 they spent last year on private speech-language therapy... And it has to work with the boys' therapists to determine the best way to educate them..."
